Context
Eqwater is the requalification of the common areas of an office tower in Issy-les-Moulineaux: entrance hall, reception, Work Café, restrooms and ground-floor common spaces, in relation to the garden.
The common areas were ageing and unwelcoming, far from the uses expected by tenants of a contemporary office building. The aim was to reposition the asset by improving the arrival experience, the services and the quality of shared spaces.
The strategy
The strategy: a more open, fluid and active ground floor. Reorganized flows, renovated restrooms, an enhanced hall and new connections between Work Café, entrance and garden, making uses visible and integrated. The hall becomes not just a passage but a place of welcome, orientation and dwelling.
My role
As chargé de projet I followed the intervention through the French project stages — design (APS, APD, APD PRO), tender and works contract (DCE, Marché), construction (Chantier) and the signage permit (DP Enseigne).
